Alice in Wonderland Jr is here!

If you are interested in seeing the show, come out on Tuesday, May 21st or Wednesday, May 22nd.
Tickets can be purchased in advance for $8 adult/$5 child or at the door for $10 adults/$8 children. Doors open at 6:45 PM and the show begins at 7 PM. If you have questions about tickets, please call (609) 561-8666 or email at dabbamondi@folsomschool.org

5th Grade Health Notice!
When your child turns 11 years old they will need:
1- A physical, either a general physical or
sports physical. You can print it out on line or get from the school nurse. (Click here for the Online Form) (Click here for sports physical Form) 2- Meningococcal Vaccine mandated by the
State of NJ. Must have a copy of vaccination record or a note from the Pediatrician with what vaccines were given and when! 3- Tdap booster-
(Tetanus-Diphtheria-Acellular Pertussis) mandated by the State of NJ. Must have a copy of vaccination record or a note from the Pediatrician with what vaccines were given and when! |
