Class Supply List 2010-2011

Dear Parents and Soon-to-be 5th graders:



"Welcome to our classroom!
We hope you have had an enjoyable and restful summer.
Your 5th grade teachers are busy preparing fun and interesting activities to make this year a memorable one."

We would like to suggest the following materials:
·         Regular #2 pencils (NO refillable lead pencils)
·         2 two pocket solid folders ( green, yellow)
·         1 (sewn) marble notebook for math
·         Block pencil erasers or cap erasers
·         2 different colored pens (blue, green, red, etc…)
·         Highlighters in your favorite colors
·         1 box of 16 count colored pencils- with name on it
·         1 box of at least 8 count crayons- with name on it
·         Soft zippered pencil case-optional

While shopping, you may want to pick up the following supplies to be kept at home:
glue sticks notebook paper
scissors crayons
markers colored pencils

Due to limited desk space, please do not send in trapper keepers or hard pencil boxes!!
For a happier and healthier classroom, we could always use tissues and paper towels.
