Nominated by board members, parents, teachers, and
students, Mrs. Wendt was selected to be the Folsom School 2007-08 Teacher of the
Year in recognition of her outstanding teaching. Acknowledgement of outstanding
education through the New Jersey Governor’s Teacher Recognition
Program/Educational Services Professional Program is especially significant
because it involves all members of the school community to acknowledge
excellence. Mrs. Wendt provides a positive and nurturing classroom
environment. She also coordinates many school wide activities such as Student
Council Dances, Read Across America day, and holiday grams. We salute her
effort, creativity, contributions to teaching, and her many achievements. They
are all very positive and worthy of recognition. Congratulations! |
